The internship will provide trainees with the opportunity to learn about Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) at Baker Hughes. You will participate in technically focused training, team meetings and work on projects and present your findings. During your internship you will be supported by a friend and your manager who will ensure you have a valuable learning experience.
As an intern you will be:
- Receive coaching and mentoring to enable you to complete assignments and projects to develop your learning and skill set
- Complete internal projects to achieve customer results and identify business improvements
- Learn internal programs to help complete projects and tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interns to interact and network with global business leaders
- Apply Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures in all situations to ensure compliance is maintained
Eligibility criteria
To be considered for the Baker Hughes Graduate Internship 2023, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree program
- Maintaining a GPA greater than or equal to 3.0 out of 4.0 or its equivalent in your home country
